Position: Associate – Criminal Litigation
The firm is seeking a legal professional with post-qualification experience (PQE) in criminal litigation to join their team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with enrollment as an advocate.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of post-enrollment experience.
- Hands-on experience in drafting petitions for the High Court and Supreme Court.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in legal drafting, particularly in criminal litigation matters.
- Strong understanding of criminal law and procedures.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
