ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
Raguel Law is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as an Associate in IPR Litigation and Prosecution.
Experience required: The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of professional working experience in IPR.
Responsibilities: ·
Conduct in-depth research on various aspects of Intellectual Property Rights·
Draft notices of oppositions, counter-statements, and other relevant legal documents·
Assist in the preparation and filing of evidence for hearings·
Assisting Draft plants and other court-related documents·
Appear in court on behalf of clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution·
0 to 1 year of professional working experience ·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills·
Specialization in Intellectual Property Rights will be considered an added advantage
