ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
SAMVAD is recruiting for their M&A/ PE practice, at their Mumbai office.
Minimum Requirements:
* LLB (mandatory)
* PQE of 5+ years in corporate law
* Should have experience in handling due diligence, drafting, negotiations for M&A and Private Equity.
* Law firm work experience (mandatory).
Responsibilities:
* Handling due diligence, drafting, negotiations and closings for M&A (domestic and cross-border), Private Equity, Joint Venture, Business Transfer, Divestments, etc.
* Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
* Advising clients on general corporate matters.
