ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
Sarthak Advocates and Solicitors is currently hiring for the following positions:
- Senior Associate/Associate – Intellectual Property Rights(IPR): PQE- 0-5 years. Prior experience in IPR litigation/advisory. Excellent research, communication, and business development skills required.
- . Associate – Labour and Employment; PQE- 0-2 years. Passion for Labour and Employment Laws. Strong research, communication, and self-motivation are essential.
- Associate- Dispute Resolution; PQE- 0-1 year. Interest in commercial litigation. Superior research, writing, and organizational skills are needed.
