Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP was founded in 1997 by its founding partners, Mr. Maninder Singh (Former Additional Solicitor General of India) & Mrs. Prathiba M. Singh. The Law Firm has grown over the years to become India’s leading law firm in the field of Intellectual Property Litigation, IT and Media & Telecommunication Law. In 2012, Singh & Singh was converted into an LLP with 5 partners. However, after the designation of Hon’ble Mrs. Justice Prathiba M. Singh as Senior Advocate in 2013, the LLP was reduced to 4 partners. Since then, the Firm is running as a professionally managed firm and currently has 5 partners and 4 associate partners – each an expert in their respective practice area.
ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP is seeking a passionate Litigation Associate with 1-2 years of experience ready to dive into a diverse caseload involving Patent, Copyright, Trademark, and Design litigation.
Role and Responsibility: Drafting, filing, and representing the firm’s esteemed clientele in courts.
