There is vacancy for one Junior Associate at Chambers of Arshil Ajay Shah, Advocates & Solicitor.
Requisites for Candidates:
- Candidates should have 0-1 year experience.
- Candidate should be a qualified law graduate having Sanad.
Work profile:
- Handling civil & commercial litigation matters including but not limited to appearance, research, briefing counsels/seniors, drafting suits/petitions/written statements etc. Follow-up with department of various Courts, co-ordination with clients, guiding and mentoring interns etc.
- Non-litigation includes drafting of various agreements, notices, due diligence, title search, advisory etc.
Location: Fort, Mumbai
