ABOUT THE ADVOCATE
Advocate Akshay Goel is a practicing advocate since 2018 after having graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. During the course of his practice, he has had the opportunity of handling cases of varied genres before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of Delhi and Chandigarh, Commercial Courts in Delhi as well as various Commissions and Tribunals, including the National Company Law Tribunal, the Electricity Regulatory Commissions and the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums. He has represented clients, both government and private, in cases pertaining to Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration, Insolvency and Restructuring, Consumer Laws, Electricity Laws and other Civil and Criminal Laws.
ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
Advocate Akshay Goel is looking for an associate with 0-1 PQE for his office at Jangpura Extension, New Delhi.
Primary areas of practice are commercial litigation and arbitration. The work would involve drafting, research, briefing and assisting in hearings before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and various Tribunals.
