Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to bring various aspects and chains of law under a single umbrella. Jus Corpus, An Ed-Tech platform set up in 2020 has a wide reach of 600k clicks per month on an average basis on our website (www.juscorpus.com). The inspiration was derived from the ever-growing need for Law Students. Jus Corpus has also incorporated an interdisciplinary journal and a multi-disciplinary journal as its subsidiaries named as the ‘Jus Corpus Law Journal’ & ‘International Journal of Law Research, Education and Social Sciences’.

ABOUT THE EMINENT SPEAKER
Mr. Prakhar Shukla (Advocate, Supreme Court of India)
Advocate Prakhar Shukla is a legal practitioner with a practice before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and various tribunals & Forums. He began his legal career at the Allahabad High Court, at the Lucknow bench, where he practiced for one year before relocating to Delhi. His areas of practice encompass a wide range of legal fields, including Criminal Law, Civil Law, Service Law, Motor Accident Claims, Negotiable Instrument and matters before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC). In addition to his practice, he has demonstrated his leadership and academic engagement as a Student Convenor at an International Seminar focused on Criminal Law and the Administration of Criminal Justice System. He is recognized for his oratory skills, having received as the Best Debater at both national debate competitions and intra-college events.
He also had the privilege of assisting esteemed senior advocates, including Former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi, a former Law Minister, and Senior Advocates Ravi Shankar Prasad and J. Sai Deepak, in several noted cases. Notably, he contributed to significant legal matters such as the Axis Finance v. Zee Entertainment case, commonly referred to as the ZEE-Sony merger case, the Delhi Liquor Scam case, and the recent Vanshika Yadav v. Union of India case concerning NEET-UG admissions.
