Adv. Shivani Gupta (Law Faculty, KGK PG College, Moardabad, U.P.)

Ma’am is a distinguished legal scholar and educator from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Kgk Pg College, Moradabad, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from IFTM University, where she was awarded the gold medal for her outstanding academic achievement. She has been actively involved in the legal academia as an ad hoc law faculty member at Kgk Pg College, Moradabad. She has also adjudicated International Moot Courts and is a member of several international law associations, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to the field. As a research enthusiast, she has contributed to various legal publications and conferences, showcasing her passion for legal scholarship. Her extensive knowledge and experience make her a valuable asset to the legal community. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, dedication, and a passion for excellence.
