Positions: One Legal Associate (Full-time), 2 Interns (For April ‘24) and 2 Interns (For May ‘24)
PQE: Minimum 1 year
Location: Office at A-53, Sector 17A, Noida – 201301 (Near DLF Mall of India)
Work Profile:
- Assisting in Drafting of SLPs, Appeals, Petitions, Written statements, Written Submissions, Original Applications including Administrative work.
- Legal Research
- To provide assistance in Courts / Tribunals by arguing and drafting matters.
- Assisting and arguing matters before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, APTEL, CERC, CAT
